Responsibilities :
- Assist producers and account managers in submissions / marketing and remarketing commercial insurance accounts.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and business owners as needed for renewals.
- Develop and nurture relationships with underwriters and stay up to date on market appetites.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance coverage, quotes, and timelines.
- Become familiar with products, services, and systems.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
