About the Role
We are a rapidly growing independent agency with over 65 locations in 17 states. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service and guide our clients through unexpected events.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and develop long-lasting relationships with clients
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Discuss client coverage needs, gaps, billing concerns, policy changes, etc., and process any needed policy updates
- Conduct regular policy reviews and remarket policy renewals as necessary for client retention

Requirements
- Property and Casualty license
- Must be willing to work from our office in Reynolds, GA, 5 days a week
- Pass a background check
- Customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and Internet Browsers
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
