- Provide technical support for hybrid infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure solutions, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, system diagrams, and knowledge base articles.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud technologies,
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Strong experience in Linux Operations/Windows Operations, Experience with Microsoft Azure laaS
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- Solid understanding of cloud-based infrastructure.
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
