JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required qualifications
3-5 years experience in UX / UI DesignFull stack designer equally comfortable with UX (User Experience) Design and UI (User Interface) DesignSkilled at providing UX Deliverables to Agile Product Teams including : Wireframes, User Flows, Journey MapsSkilled Designer with production design experience creating Low Fidelity Mockups, High Fidelity Visual Designs, and Interactive PrototypesExpert level with at least one of the follow UI / UX Tools : Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc (Figma is our tool of choice.)Comfortable partnering with Product Teams to create a world class user experience.Nice to have :
Can design user interfaces that are accessible to all end-usersUser Research and testing experienceGraphic Design skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative CloudExperience utilizing a Design System Component Library in your day to day design work.HCI or Graphic Design major or related field of study.
