Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Manage AND/OR supervise plan, design, implement, and integrate C4ISR systems, analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with teams, and contribute to progress reports, cost analysis, and project documentation.

Duties
- You will plan, design, and develop C4ISR systems, ensuring successful integration and implementation.
- You will analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions to technical problems.
- You will collaborate with IT specialists, engineers, and contractors to ensure system success.
- You will contribute to progress reports and participate in meetings to provide updates on project status.
- You will help analyze cost, schedule, and manpower requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will develop project planning documentation to secure tasking and manage resources effectively.
- You will brief customers, prepare proposals, and consult with DoD and federal agencies on project matters.

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 651 level Advanced within 12 months of appointment.
