Major Duties (Job Description)
- You will plan, design, and develop C4ISR systems, ensuring successful integration and implementation.
- You will analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions to technical problems.
- You will collaborate with IT specialists, engineers, and contractors to ensure system success.
- You will contribute to progress reports and participate in meetings to provide updates on project status.
- You will help analyze cost, schedule, and manpower requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will develop project planning documentation to secure tasking and manage resources effectively.
- You will brief customers, prepare proposals, and consult with DoD and federal agencies on project matters.

IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include : Utilize analytical skills, evaluation techniques, and re-engineering methods to assess the technical, financial, and programmatic implications of prospective IT endeavors. 2. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include : Manage stakeholder requirements from internal / external agencies helping execute and accomplish organizational goals and objectives. 3. Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include : Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the workforce communicating organizational goals and objectives while aligning with the command's initiatives. 4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include : analysis, reporting, coordinating, and facilitating working groups to meet and resolve project objectives. In addition : Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following : Manage AND / OR supervise plan, design, implement, and integrate C4ISR systems, analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with teams, and contribute to progress reports, cost analysis, and project documentation.
