TRAINING REQUIREMENT
Associate must receive Hazardous Material (HazMat) training within 90 days of hire per Department of Transportation regulations.
The incumbent of this position must file a Financial Disclosure Report (OGE) Form 450, as required.
A total of 4 years consisting of the following :
GENERAL EXPERIENCE : 3 years experience in administrative, professional, investigative or other
responsible work which enabled the applicant to gain a general knowledge of management practices and
administrative processes; skill in dealing with others in person-to-person work relationships; and the ability to
exercise mature judgment.
OR SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE : 1 year of academic study, above the high school
level may be substituted for 9 months of experience, up to a maximum of a 4 year bachelor's degree for 3
years of general experience.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : 1 years of progressively responsible experience in administrative, supervisory,
managerial, professional or technical work that demonstrated the knowledge of management principles,
practices, methods and techniques. Knowledge of retail and or services merchandising principles, procedures
and combination of related activities in the areas of accounting, personnel, procurement, and distribution
management and store operations.
