The Housekeeper is responsible for managing business-based lodging for a mobile defense community. The NGIS program provides services, amenities, and accommodations that are similar to those provided by quality commercial hotels.
This role performs varying degrees of cleaning processes. They will demonstrate proficiency related to daily service, checkout, deep cleaning, and special project cleaning assignments based on Lodging program cleaning standards.

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for providing laundry services to the lodging operation. In this role you will regularly pick up and deliver laundry to various facilities.
You will regularly operate commercial washers, dryers and ironing press; paying special attention to detail while working with the laundry (Sorting, washing, drying, folding, bundling, wrapping in accordance with established instructions and / or as directed by the Leader / Supervisor).
You may be required to load, unload, attach / detach laundry chemicals as needed by hand or using carts, dollies, hand trucks, golf carts or similar lifting / carrying devices.

NEXCOM Housekeeper & Laundry Attendant Requirements :
- NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
- High School graduate or GED preferred
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Willing / Able to pass background check (certain felonies are disqualifying)
