Requirements:
Responsibilities include:
- Two years' recent post-closing experience
- Hold a high bar regarding quality of work
- Work well individually, yet appreciate team collaboration
- Well organized; can meet critical deadlines
- Giving only the best in customer service is important to you!
- Must be able to pass background check

Job description:
1. Review all documents to make sure they were properly executed and notarized.
2. Submit funding documents as required to lenders
3. Prepare final closing packages
4. Prepare disbursements
5. Prepare recordings (Virginia & Maryland)
6. Resolve any post-closing matters timely
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Candidate must be reliable, have a pleasant attitude, and be professional and courteous with clients and co-workers.
2. Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
3. Minimum high school diploma. Some college or college degree is preferred.
4. Must have a minimum of 2 years post-closing experience with a title company. Some training may be provided.
