Custodian, Janitor - START ASAP!
We are seeking a dedicated general cleaner (custodian) to join our team in the greater Grand Rapids area!
Part time openings:
- Monday-Friday: 6pm-12:30am (office setting, Knapp's corner area)
- Monday-Friday: 6pm-11:30pm (office setting, Knapp's corner area, out time may vary a little as there is one room that will get cleaned 3 days of the week but not the other 2)
Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Cleaning restrooms
- Removing trash
- Operating a floor scrubber or similar floor cleaning equipment
- As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Great attendance!
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and possible drug test (in addition to submit fingerprints, if accepting a position in a school)
- 18 years of age or older with valid ID
- Ability to work efficiently while upholding company’s quality standards
- Maintain effective communication with supervisors/managers and other team members
- Previous cleaning experience preferred!
