Join our team as a Floating Team Lead!

Are you a dedicated individual with a knack for leadership? We're looking for a Floating Team Lead to oversee operations across multiple locations. This hands-on role involves executing tasks, guiding teams, and ensuring that work is completed safely and up to our company's high standards.

Full-time opening:

• Monday-Friday, some weekends: (Primarily second shift with first shift flexibility required, and some weekend work may be required)

Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Operating a floor scrubber or similar equipment
• Direct multiple teams to ensure efficient and high-quality work
• Provide necessary information, inventory, and tools to team members
• Maintain great attendance and uphold company standards
• Utilize basic office technology for operational needs

Requirements:

• Great attendance!
• 18 years of age or older with valid ID
• Ability to work efficiently while upholding company’s quality standards
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors/managers and other team members
• 1-2 years leadership experience in custodial services or similar field
• 2 years minimum of custodial experience
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• Have your own vehicle, valid driver's license, insurance, and a good driving record (able to pass a motor vehicle records check)
• Understanding of standard office technology
