School custodian, janitor - START ASAP!
We are seeking a dedicated general cleaner (custodian) to join our team in the Fruitport area!
Part time openings:
- Monday-Friday: 5pm-9pm (with occasional weekend work to set up and tear down for school events)*
*Schedule is subject to change during school breaks. We normally go to first shift during breaks.
Pay Rate: $14 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Cleaning restrooms
- Removing trash
- Operating a floor scrubber or similar floor cleaning equipment
- As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Great attendance!
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check (with no past or pending charges) and drug test (including for THC)
- Willing to submit fingerprints for working in a school
- 18 years of age or older with valid ID
- Ability to work efficiently while upholding company’s quality standards
- Maintain effective communication with supervisors/managers and other team members
