We are looking for qualified candidates who are passionate about hospitality to join our team!
Job Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome
- Extensive knowledge of wine and spirits.
- Ability to learn and execute specialty/classic cocktail recipes.
- Manage bar inventory honestly and effectively.
- Complete knowledge of food menu.
- Provide complete dining experiences at the bar.
- Effectively communicates allergies to kitchen.
- Reports all breakage, damage to equipment or furniture immediately to management.
- Thoroughly check ID to ensure guests are of proper drinking age.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 2-years’ experience as a Bartender in full service, moderate to high volume restaurants.
- Proficient with Micros POS system.
- Must have SNHD Food Handler card up to date.
- Must have TAM Card up to date.
- Professional verbal and written communication with guests, co-workers, and leadership.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
