What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Runner position at Naxos Taverna and Oyster Bar at Red Rock?
We are looking for qualified candidates who are passionate about hospitality to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with Chef team for daily kitchen setup.
- Exceed SNHD standards while maintaining a clean workstation.
- Full understanding of food menu and allergies associated with each dish.
- Deliver food efficiently with clear description to guests.
- Engage with guests to make sure all needs are met anytime there is interaction.
- Clear empty plates when possible.
- Understand seat numbers to properly deliver food.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2-years’ experience in a full service, moderate to high volume restaurants.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Vast food knowledge.
- Professional verbal and written communication with guests, co-workers, and leadership.
- Must have SNHD Food Handler card up to date.
- Must have TAM Card up to date.
