What You'll Do: As a General Manager at NAYA, you’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including team management, customer service, inventory control, and financial performance. You’ll be the face of the restaurant and ensure that every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate staff, ensuring the team meets performance standards and provides excellent service.
- Operations Oversight: Ensure that daily operations run smoothly, from food preparation to customer service.
- Financial Management: Control costs, manage the budget, and drive profitability while maintaining quality.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every guest has a positive experience by overseeing the quality of food and service.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and drive performance.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.
