What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting, focusing on patient education, recovery, and long-term health outcomes.
- Complete patient visits with a focus on quality, not quotas.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to coordinate care and support patient progress.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed RN in the state of Virginia.
- At least one year of nursing experience. in home health, medical-surgical, emergency department, or a skilled nursing facility. Home health experience a plus.
- Experience with IVs, wound care, and disease management.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the care team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for patient visits and required meetings.
