What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice Sales Liaison position at Nayar Hospice?
Nayar Hospice is currently seeking a qualified & experienced Sales Professional to join our Hospice Marketing team in Roanoke, Virginia & surrounding areas.
This position requires a minimum of 2 years outside B2B sales experience, proficient organization and time management skills as well as a professional willing to work diligently to develop a new hospice territory.
Our ideal candidate will possess a healthcare and/or strong outside B2B sales background with professional and customer service best practices as well as:
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
- Time management, Follow thru and Organizational skills are a MUST
- Reliable vehicle for transportation
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Interaction in the medical community promoting company hospice services as well as responding to customer and prospect queries.
- Developing business relationships/partnerships with clinical referral resources in order to obtain hospice patient referrals.
- Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections
- Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets with respect to physician offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Rehabilitation facilities and other Health Care environments to present NHC organization credentials and obtain hospice patient referrals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Additional experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
- Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
- One (1) to two (2) years experience in hospice/palliative marketing is strongly preferred.
- Skilled at establishing/maintaining working relationships with key staff, marketing contracts, and clinical staff to ensure a thorough understanding of Hospice services.
- Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts, including physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
