Weekend Hospice Nurse

Nayar Hospice is now hiring for a Weekend Hospice RN!

Compensation is based on experience & ahead of industry expectations!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Friday 5pm to Monday 8 am, weekend position
• Provide Nursing Services to patients in their homes
• Complete routine visits, admissions, death calls
• Willingness to commute to patients homes and nursing facilities

Requirements:

• Licensed RN in the state of Virginia
• One (1) year experience as a RN (Home Health, Med-Surg, ED, SNF)
• Experience with IV’s, Wound Care, and Disease Management
• Must be a licensed driver. Ability to travel to all business locations.
• Ability to commute to our corporate location for supplies at least once per week and/or every other week for mandatory meetings

Required Experience/Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Proof of current CPR.
• Current driver’s license.
• Two years as a Registered Nurse in Hospice with at least one-year tenure at former employer.
