Job Overview
Nazareth Child & Family Connection is seeking a Fundraising Assistant to assist the Development team in their daily activities and fundraising events. This person will support the team by completing daily administrative functions including including daily reporting, meetings, and fundraising activities to support the mission of the organization.
Duties
- Manage development database and complete all necessary data entry.
- Generate acknowledgement letters to donors daily.
- Manage weekly calendar of development activities.
- Assist with mass mailing projects.
- Clerical support for the development team.
- Generate reports for development database.
- Organize and manage event registrations.
- Manage and inventory the development storage area.
- Represent the agency at local speaking engagements as needed.
- Assist with social media content and postings.
- Available to assist with community events and fundraising events which involve evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of microsoft and has the ability to learn new computer programs with ease.
- Ability to multitask effectively and displays attention to detail.
- Valid NC Driver's license.
- Clear background checks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
