Now Hiring: ADON Assistant Director of Nursing
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities of ADON Assistant Director of Nursing:
- Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care.
- Implement compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures.
- Responsible for surveillance, rounding, analyzing, interpreting, and the reporting of healthcare-associated infections.
- Support the development and implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration.
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.
Qualifications of ADON Assistant Director of Nursing:
- 3yr previous experience in Clinical Leadership within an inpatient setting
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- Computer knowledge.
- Knowledgable about nursing practice and procedure
- Undertanding of long term care regulation
- CPR Certified
License:
- Must have an active Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Wisconsin
