YARD JOCKEY – NORTHAMPTON, PA

Shift Information: Full-time – Day Shift 7am - 3:30pm
Job Overview: Forklift portion includes outdoor loading and unloading of pallets and scrap from docked trailers and moving of inventory within the facility. Yard jockey portion involves moving 53′ trailers around yard as needed.

Job Description: Our high action dock and outdoor warehouse will require skilled loading, unloading, and sorting of pallets and scrap materials from docked trailers, as well as moving inventory and 53′ trailers throughout our 26 acre facility.
Job Requirements: The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Forklift certification (2 years previous sit-down forklift exp. pref.)
- CLD-A experience necessary. No valid CDL-A license necessary
- Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs..
- Must have the physical ability to repeatedly push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- Must have the ability to work in year-round outdoor weather
