Nazdar is hiring an IT Software Engineer to join our IT team. This person will review, analyze, and modify programming systems including coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs to support the organization's customer-facing website, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, and production processes. Additionally, they will develop new applications, modules, and interfaces and enhance existing applications.
This person can sit fully remote, however, being local to Shawnee, KS is a plus. Company Sponsorship is not available.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Infor M3 ERP support and integration with other enterprise software.
- Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs
- Develop and maintain APIs between M3 and other enterprise solutions.
- Creates documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
- Works with C#, ASP.NET, SQL, SSRS, HTML, JavaScript, and others as needed.
- Interfaces with users and management team to define system requirements and / or make necessary modifications.
- Performs job according to pre-established quality and efficiency standard operating procedures.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships
- Works both independently on projects and / or cooperatively on group projects.
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to be creative and innovative.
- Adapts to project management methodologies and requirements.
- Analyzes, interprets, and presents research findings into clear and concise reports.
- Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Assists with other duties as directed by supervisor.
