Position: Full-time Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Insurance Knowledge: Understand eligibility and benefits (chiropractic field experience a plus).
- HMO Authorizations and PPO Pre-Certifications.
- Clerical Skills: Organize patient files and reports.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, etc.
- Patient Interaction: Greet and assist patients.
- Efficient Workplace Management: Create a smooth workflow for timely patient care.
- Organize New Patient Files and Reports: Ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Payment Collections: Handle financial transactions with patients.
- HIPAA Compliance: Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Patient Education: Provide information on treatments, procedures, and wellness.
