Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Operating machines: Loading, running, and unloading machines
- Adjusting machines: Making adjustments to maintain tolerance or notifying a supervisor when adjustments are needed
- Inspecting machines: Performing routine inspections to ensure efficient operation and production
- Monitoring machines: Monitoring and adjusting machine settings
- Measuring materials: Measuring raw materials and feeding them into machines
- Checking output: Checking output efficiency and spotting damaged products
- Tracking production: Keeping track of pieces produced
- Tagging products: Tagging products at each stage of the process
- Training others: Overseeing the training of new or junior machine operators
- Adhering to safety regulations: Following standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines
Requirements
Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 (depending on experience)
Available shift: 2nd shift 3:30pm - 12pm
Job Type: Full-time
