Position Overview: We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to fill Warehouse Forklift Operator positions at our West Palm Beach location. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse, and operating forklifts safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items according to warehouse protocols.
- Perform quality control checks on inbound and outbound shipments.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a warehouse associate or similar role.
- Valid forklift certification/license.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in a distribution center or logistics environment is a plus.
