• Troubleshoot mechanical issues using logic controllers, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and ammeters.
• Analyze equipment performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure that machinery is running smoothly and safely.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Pay : $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification or vocational training in industrial mechanics, mechanical engineering, or related fields preferred. At least 2 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to adhere to them in all situations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies effectively. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Requirements Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical components. Bilingual Spanish - English for effective communication within the team. Familiarity with logic controllers and diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and ammeters. Ability to analyze complex mechanical problems and develop effective solutions. Experience with CMMS for tracking maintenance activities is preferred. Technical sales experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
