Job Title : Full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at Legend Oaks Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Fort Worth, TX. If you are passionate about providing great care, building effective therapy programs to enhance our patient's recovery and potential, and want to be part of a dynamic and high energy team, this could be the position for you! - Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and / or ADL physical functioning disorders, developing care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
- Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
- Provide rehabilitative treatment for patients with cognitive and / or ADL physical functioning disorders, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, adjusting treatments based on patient progress and outcomes.
- Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders. Qualifications :
- Occupational Therapy license is required.
