Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping management, with a strong background in hospitality and cleaning services. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities according to established standards.
• Manage floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices is essential.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required during cleaning activities.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing high-quality service.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
