NBC Oklahoma Enid is looking for a Loan Administrative Assistant. This position will assist loan officers with documentation compliance as well as handling customer questions.
Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Essential Job Functions:
- Answers customer questions regarding deposit and loan accounts and recommends additional bank products and services to customers to enhance the customer relationship.
- Prepares loan worksheets and supporting documents for new and renewed loans in a timely and accurate manner.
- Organizes and scans loan documents to the credit file.
- Files lien entries, mortgages, EFS, and other perfection requirements
- Assists in clearing collateral exceptions and financial statement exceptions.
- Processes loan payments and advances.
- Processes paid loans, including the release of collateral.
- Serves as the local loan committee secretary.
- Research customer account transactions as requested.
- Interacts in a professional, courteous manner with co-workers, customers, prospective customers, visitors, and vendors.
- Maintains strict confidentiality guidelines in accordance with bank policy.
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of loan documentation procedures and supports the bank's overall mission, standards, policies, and procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Performs other duties as required by management.
- Assists other staff in special projects as needed.
- Participate on behalf of the bank in community and bank-sponsored activities as requested.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills: ability to work with a wide range of people.
- Good organization and time management skills. Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform under time deadlines.
- Good understanding of general banking guidelines and loan administrative procedures.
- Strong computer skills required, must have knowledge of Word, Excel, and Office.
