Cross-Platform Account Coordinator

Title: Cross-Platform Account Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Support sales teams with pre and post cross-platform sales efforts
• Input and revise sales orders for KNTV, KSTS, and RSN Stations
• Proactively identify and minimize potential problems throughout campaigns and find solutions
• Assist in renewal of campaigns
• Will provide support for Local and National sales team when needed
• Monitor campaign delivery across digital and linear platforms and recap, compile, and summarize multi-platform campaign posts; screen-grabs, linear and digital posts, pull delivery pacing reports, etc.
• Master key software applications needed to effectively manage various accounts

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales or sale support
• Preferred experience in marketing or project management experience
• Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel

• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail– must possess ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects across multiple points of contact
• Strong writing and presentation creation skills - ability to create engaging, visually, and thoughtfully designed materials, plans, and decks
• Previous professional experience in television production, digital media, ad sales or marketing
• Have strong desire for Sales as a career path
• Understanding of digital inventory, pricing and ad ops workflow
• Superior written and oral communication skills

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $41,129.76 - $69,515.42 per year
