Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Lead and facilitate discovery with stakeholders to define actionable UX requirements for product designers
- Produce clear, concise documentation, including : UX requirements, user flows, site maps, personas, slides, etc. to inform interaction design process
- Conduct competitive and comparative UX research across a wide range of topics; eloquently present insights, tying directly to actionable steps to influence experience design strategy
- Conduct UX and Accessibility audits and present findings to ensure user-friendliness and adoption
- Actively participate in design critiques, giving and receiving feedback and providing quality control across all supported products
