We are seeking a highly skilled TV programming executive to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production, sales, and distribution of NBCUniversal products to broadcast television within the United States.
Responsibilities
* Supervise the production of original programming, including first-run shows and off-network content
* Develop and oversee the development of new television projects, including step deals, pilots, presentations, and direct-to-series orders
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, digital, social, PR, etc., to evaluate creative materials
* Liaise with sales teams to provide integration ideas and supervise integration execution on set
* Problem-solve issues with producers, production companies, and stakeholders
Requirements
* Minimum 8 years of experience in development and physical production at a production company or network
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and thrive under pressure
* Strong relationships with agents, talent managers, TV, and Digital production community
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated leadership abilities
