Job Description
Focus Features is seeking a Coordinator to support the Office of the Vice Chairman. The Coordinator is primarily responsible for handling administrative duties such as phones calendar travel and expense reports. The ideal candidate would have an interest in marketing and distribution.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Place and log daytoday calls to / from numerous internal and external parties
- Schedule and coordinate large and small meetings on a daytoday basis using Microsoft Outlook and maintain OneDrive calendar
- Coordinate and handle all travel arrangements including international travel
- Interact with senior level executives and their assistants. Will also interact with talent and external partners.
- Prepare expense reports
- Other administrative duties as needed

Salary range : $50000$65000; not bonus eligible not longterm incentive eligible.
