Responsibilities :
The Fandango Business & Legal Affairs team provides legal support across Fandangos various businesses including its Rotten Tomatoes Fandango at Home on demand streaming and Fandango ticketing businesses. The Counsel Business & Legal Affairs will draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements including technology agreements content production agreements and promotion and marketing agreements and may also be involved in reviewing programming and marketing materials.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications :
- J.D. from an accredited law school and member of the California State Bar or willingness and qualification to be registered inhouse counsel
- 4 years of legal experience in a transactional role at a major law firm or inhouse legal department of a technology company.
