Peacock is looking for a Manager of Audience Development Insights to join the Audiences and Insights team. This role will be responsible for reporting on and analyzing the performance of Peacock’s CRM program. The successful candidate has a passion and proven history for leveraging data to deliver meaningful insights that optimize campaign performance and drive strategy.
Responsibilities : _
- Oversee ongoing reporting and insights for Peacock’s CRM program (includes email, push notifications, and in-app notifications)
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on reporting to strategy leads on an ongoing basis
- Oversee channel measurement for Peacock’s CRM program
- Support ad hoc reporting requests from the CRM team
- Draft analysis requests for Decision Sciences on behalf of the channel and / or strategy leads
- Consult on A / B test setup and measurement for the CRM team
- Partner with Decision Sciences on the development and management of self-serve dashboards for the CRM program
- Leverage Peacock’s internal BI tool to provide platform insights that inform strategy and decision-making across Audience Development

Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range : $80,000 - $110,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)
