Role Purpose :
Seeking a motivated and skilled procurement professional to lead the negotiation of artificial intelligence (AI) and other cuttingedge technology agreements as a key member of the Enterprise IT Infrastructure Procurement team. This role is integral to shaping our organizations approach to technology sourcing and offers the chance to develop as a thought leader in AI and innovative technology procurement.
The position involves strategy implementation agreement negotiations vendor management and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. In addition to driving NBCUniversal initiatives this individual will collaborate with Comcast and Sky Procurement Teams as well as business stakeholders to drive impactful global enterprise deals and agreements in a fastpaced environment.
This is not a purely transactional role successful candidates will proactively identify and pursue costsaving opportunities and contract optimizations ensuring continuous improvement and maximum value for the organization.

Responsibilities :
- Review draft and negotiate various agreements including those for cloud services AI technologies software licensing content delivery network (CDN) SaaS and technology development.
- Develop and maintain expertise to advise on AIrelated contract provisions and AIenabled products and services.
- Lead RFP processes including prebid and postbid activities.
- Analyze proposals vendor capabilities and conduct due diligence including background checks.
- Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to inform decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with legal finance information security and governance teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Build and manage vendor relationships to maximize value and minimize risks.
- Maintain accurate contract and spend data in procurement databases.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and develop strategic sourcing initiatives.
