What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager Mail Services position at NBCUniversal?
NBCUniversal is looking for a Mail Services Manager for our Facilities Operations and Engineering team in Universal City CA. You will work with all divisions of West Coast Studio Operations team and directly oversee a vendor team managing all aspects of Mailroom operations across the Los Angeles Campus.
What Youll Do
- Supervise train and manage mailroom staff to ensure efficient operations and enhance their skills and performance
- Own all things budget performance performance dashboards metrics and reporting for the West Coast Studio Operations Facilities Ops & Eng department
- Oversee the sorting distribution and dispatching of incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Develop and implement procedures to improve mailroom efficiency and accuracy
- Drive a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction and continuously improve the employee experience.
- Create regular reports for internal teams and clients to help set expectations and drive performance
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data and create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
- Work with business partners such as Security and HR to deliver a seamless operation
- Work with Finance team to understand labor materials and vendor cost trends identify cost drivers and recommend mitigation opportunities
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment ensuring staff adhere to protocols and obtain required training and certifications
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all contract service agreements to ensure proper compliance

Salary range : $75000 $100000 (bonus eligible)
