Job Description
The Manager will report directly to the Sr. Director and work closely with the VP of the Production Talent & Partnerships team to :
- Develop, manage, and execute a range of programs and initiatives designed to increase access to career opportunities in film with a focus on below-the-line and production positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, including training organizations, film commissions, and industry organizations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across NBCUniversal to ensure program success.
This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week (T / W / TH).
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinating and executing all program phases, from recruitment and selection to program delivery and post-program support.
Serve as the primary liaison with key partners, including below-the-line training organizations, film commissions, advocacy groups, film festivals and more.
Represent the Production Talent & Partnership team at industry events, panels, and presentations as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in AirTable and other relevant databases.

Salary range : $90,000-105,000 (bonus eligible)
