NBC Sports Bay Area is hiring a Manager MultiPlatform Video to lead our team of digital producer / editors. In this dynamic role youll focus on digital and social content podcasts studio shows and live game productions.
Youll manage the workflow of our digital editors understanding priorities and communicating effectively across multiple groups to consistently deliver highquality video and audio content in various formats.

Responsibilities :
- Manage the workflow output and scheduling of editors producing video content for digital platforms podcasts live events studio shows and special projects
- Collaborate with digital leadership to set and meet digital video and podcast KPIs and with studio and live events leadership on video production that raises the quality of that programming
- Train editors on platformspecific video techniques so everyone can edit for all content types as required
- Regularly communicate with the Sales department on video sponsorship obligations and ensure theyre properly met
- Train editors to write SEOmaximized video headlines and captions to ensure discoverability
- Other responsibilities include performance management (yearly reviews regular feedback conversations etc.) crossdepartment communication and effective conflict resolution

Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
