What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Director Corporate Financial Planning Analysis position at NBCUniversal?
Role Purpose :
The Sr. Director serves as a key leadership position on the NBCUniversal Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team reporting to the Vice President. The role provides the unique opportunity to become immersed in the Companys multiple business models with the ability to gain an indepth understanding of the total NBCU P&L. The Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team is responsible for all planning and estimate cycles internal reporting and related analysis for NBCUniversal consolidated financial results. The team also oversees the preparation of presentations to a wide spectrum of internal and external audiences including NBCUniversal and Comcast senior management as well as Investor Relations.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare deliverables for all planning and forecasting cycles (budget quarterly forecasts long range plans)
- Oversee all pacing and reporting processes for each quarterly and yearend close
- Create highlevel financial models to derive projections for the near future
- Foster collaboration with FP&A counterparts across NBCU businesses
- Support quarterly Investor Relations and external reporting processes; liaise with Corporate Controllership and External Reporting teams when necessary
- Prepare analysis and presentations for senior NBCUniversal management Comcast Board of Directors and Comcast management
- Assist in coordinating all Financial Planning and Analysis activities across the company portfolio
- Manage a direct report
- Execute on other ad hoc requests as assigned by the Executive Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and / or Chief Financial Officer

This position has been designated as hybrid generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
