Job Description: As an Assistant Banking Center Manager, you will work with and through others, building and maintaining relationships. You will train and coach a successful team utilizing strong decision-making skills under the input from Banking Center leadership. Your role will involve operating as an effective communicator who can stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with business partners and clients
- Introduce clients to new products, services and digital solutions
- Provide a broad base of financial and credit services
