The Business Banking Specialist I plays a vital role in the success of our bank by providing exceptional support to our clients and teams. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, team financials, pipeline reports, and portfolio management reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data and monitor loan data in Capital Stream.
- Assist Managing Directors, Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Credit Analysts in monitoring maturing loans, past dues, and covenant reports.
- Process and book loans, reviewing loan documents to ensure accuracy.
- Partner with internal groups, including accounting, risk management, and marketing, to manage internal processes related to our clients and reporting.
Requirements:
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- 2 years of experience providing specialty or commercial banking loan and deposit support.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
