We are seeking an experienced and organized Business Banking Specialist I to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various tasks, including accurately inputting data, monitoring, and processing loan data in Capital Stream. You will also assist Managing Directors, Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Credit Analysts in monitoring maturing loans, past dues, and covenant reports.

Duties:
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports, team financials, pipeline reports, and portfolio management reports.
- Input data and monitor loan data in Capital Stream.
- Process and book loans, reviewing loan documents to ensure accuracy.
- Partner with internal groups, including accounting, risk management, and marketing, to manage internal processes related to our clients and reporting.
