What You’ll Do:
- Be the face and leader of our clinic, ensuring top-notch patient experiences
- Keep daily operations running like clockwork—manage daily schedule to ensure smooth, efficient & productive daily schedules
- Deliver exceptional customer service while handling patient and staff concerns
- Lead insurance verification & authorization process.
- Ensure all patient intake paperwork is complete before appointments
- Handle payments, including self-pay, co-pays, and co-insurance, at the time of service

- Healthcare Experience (Physical Therapy preferred)
