The Property Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate property maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and renovations.
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records related to property management activities, including leases, maintenance requests, and financial reports.
- Utilize property management software such as OneSite for tracking tenant information and managing leases.
- Negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs or potential issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management is required.
- Proficiency in Appfolio management software.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with facilities management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of property law and regulations is a plus.
- Experience in sales or marketing within the real estate sector is advantageous.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
