Your general responsibilities would include:
- Study and master property details and possess excellent communication skills
- Market the properties in accordance with the law and our policies
- Screen the Prospect to ensure compliance with our financial requirements
- Ensure property and units are clean and ready for touring
- Schedule and Conduct tours of the property and units with prospects and effectively explain the match between the property and the prospect
- Promptly Answer all questions - by phone, in person, and by email
- Process tenant applications
- Prepare all leasing paperwork, explaining same to the tenant and ensuring accurate completion
- Ensure all units are move-in ready and perform tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Work as a team with office staff and property managers for a seamless professional experience for our prospects and tenants. Work as a team problem solver.
- Be open to learning new skills
- Flexibility to work different hours during busy season to accommodate prospects
