Director - Crisis Management (Training & Exercise) Strategy & Planning Organization : VisaLocation : Atlanta, GeorgiaDescription : Position requires 24 / 7 availability for incident response through an established on-call rotationAccountable for developing and delivering a comprehensive crisis management training and exercise program for the global organization.Deliver the Crisis Management training program via virtual training platforms as well as instructor-facilitated sessions. In-person training sessions will be conducted when possible.Provide leadership across the Crisis Management function to ensure training of crisis management team members is consistent, timely, and thorough.Accountable for tracking and regular reporting, indicating compliance with annual program requirements.Strengthen the culture, process, and embedment of staff and organizational preparedness through training and exercise initiatives.Conduct key stakeholder presentations, seminars, and workshops in an effort to help mature crisis response capabilities.Accountable for staff preparedness initiatives in accordance with Operational Resilience program objectives.Manage high-risk or large scale global business- and / or life-safety related incidents in accordance with documented processes, including managing day-to-day operational aspects of crisis management.Work independently with limited supervision from leadership to ensure delivery and compliance with program requirements.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
