Job Summary

NBT Bank is seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative - Banking to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Processing routine transactions and performing other tasks as needed to meet business objectives.
• Working closely with colleagues to identify and pursue business opportunities and build relationships with customers.

Qualifications for this role include:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum one year experience in a related banking position or equivalent sales/customer service experience
