Pay Range: $60,450.00 - $76,619.00
Working under the general direction of the Director of Operations the primary function of this position is to take the lead in the integration/implementation of new products/programs, services, initiatives and/or participate in projects involving operational support as well as leading and coordinating audit requests including implementation of any necessary process changes based on the audit(s). In addition, this position ensures the Loan Support Division optimizes efficiencies from all processes where potential enhancements exist. Education and Experience:
- 4 year college degree
- Minimum 1 year banking experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of loan workflows and banking applications
- Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to identify risk factors and ensure appropriate controls are in place
- 30% Lead and/or participate in projects involving operational support processes gathering business requirements and providing feedback as required. Collaborates with team members in identifying, developing and executing test plans for projects involving loan support functions. Create various types of documentation including but not limited to process flows and procedural documentation. Respond to questions, requests for information, and trouble shoot issues.

Identify and work with appropriate team in implementation of development and production of proposed recommendations or project related activities. Coordinate with Operational team in gathering requested internal and external audit items, providing information and data to auditors followed by reviewing audit write up and taking action on any recommendations or finding ensuring compliance and completion of all audit items.
