Pay Range: $60,450.00 - $73,892.00
The Private Bank Relationship Associate acts in a support capacity to the private bank team in managing and elevating their portfolios. This role will provide support that includes, but is not limited to, providing exemplary customer service to clients, account opening, and performing various operational duties. Delivers client solutions by collaborating across all business lines to ensure consistency in operations and customer service across our footprint. The Private Bank Relationship Associate will enhance the client ‘s overall experience and assist our team with delivering a comprehensive wealth management solution to our clients.
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience.
Skills and Abilities:
- Self-starter, motivated and a demonstrated team player.
- Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations.
- Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and web-based applications.
Tasks Performed:
- 50% Assist the Private Bank team with maintaining and expanding client relationships by assisting in client presentation and calls. Extensive knowledge of all bank products and services and acts as the liaison between the client and private banker.
- 25% Point of contact for business partners regarding private bank products. Ensuring compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and policies including appropriate documentation of client interactions.
- 15% Assist in coordinating client meetings with business partners and clients.
- 10% Create and maintain internal private bank reports working closely with the Finance Department.
- 5% Other duties as assigned.
